All items offered are made on demand. Order confirmation triggers the immediate start of processing and constitutes a binding acceptance of the purchase. Once the order is confirmed, it will be possible to modify it within the first 24 hours; after this period, it will no longer be possible to modify it as production will begin simultaneously with the receipt of confirmation. Orders are processed within 1-3 working days from receipt of payment. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. It is specified that processing times may vary based on order volume and may be longer during peak seasons or around holidays.

SCHWA allows product exchanges exclusively for size differences.
Items must be returned following the return procedure outlined on our website. After the return has been processed, a new order must be placed for the correct size.
Under articles 52 to 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), as amended, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
SCHWA is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with articles 52 to 59 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and subsequent amendments.
Return Process and Conditions:
The product must be in the same condition as received: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. It must be returned in the original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will be rejected by our returns department. In such cases, the customer is responsible for retrieving the product and will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the customer will receive an email notification indicating whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed and automatically credited to the original credit card or payment method within 14 business days. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the timelines of the bank or payment provider involved.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds may take up to 14 days from the date SCHWA receives the returned item. If you have not received your refund within this period, please contact your bank or credit card issuer, as there may be delays in processing.
Return Packaging Instructions:
To ensure the return is accepted, it is essential to:
- place the product in its original packaging, carefully wrapped
- insert the product into a protective outer packaging (e.g., rigid box or padded envelope) to prevent damage during transport
- include the order number or a copy of the purchase receipt inside the package
- seal the package securely
Returns that do not comply with these instructions may not be accepted or may incur a reduction in the refunded amount.

We will provide all necessary instructions to return the product and receive either a full refund or a replacement.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number. If you placed the order as a registered user, you can also view this information in your customer account.
The Shopify system automatically sends a shipping confirmation email as soon as the order is fulfilled, and the tracking number is added to the order in the admin panel.
To ensure the email is sent, make sure the “Send customer notification email” option is enabled when fulfilling the order.
Upon request, it is also possible to provide an order status page where customers can view the tracking and shipping progress.
Standard delivery times vary depending on the destination:
Italy: 2-6 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
Rest of the world: 6-10 business days
During national holidays, delivery and/or shipping may experience delays
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. If you are a registered user, you can also view this information in your customer account.
Shipping cost
Italy: €4.90
Europe and the rest of the world: shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country.
Shipping costs do not include any customs duties or taxes (Incoterms 2020 DAP).
Deliveries in Italy:
If delivery fails due to the recipient being absent or an incorrect address, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery. If the package is returned to us following a failed delivery attempt, we will contact the customer to arrange a new shipment. Any additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
Force Majeure:
We will not be responsible for any partial or total non-fulfillment caused by force majeure events or circumstances that delay our operations, those of our suppliers, or the couriers.
The prices displayed on the website are shown in the local currency of the country from which the user is accessing, thanks to an automatic geolocation system.
Prices may include or exclude VAT (Value Added Tax) depending on the tax regulations applicable in the destination country. At checkout, it will be clearly indicated whether VAT is included or not.
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and will be calculated and displayed separately during order confirmation.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price applied will always be the one displayed at the moment of order confirmation.
In case of an obvious pricing error (e.g., a price that is clearly too low or excessively high due to a technical error), SCHWA reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case, the customer will be promptly informed and will receive a full refund of any amount already paid.

The charge is applied at the time of order confirmation. In case of payment refusal or technical issues, the order will not be processed, and the user will be notified immediately.
We recommend storing the product in perfect condition: dry and clean, in a ventilated environment, away from heat sources and direct light from lamps or the sun.
Avoid direct contact with other leathers or fabrics, as well as with alcohol, oils, or solvents.
